Improper seafood found during inspection

Officers from the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife found improper seafood at Tea Garden and other restaurants during a recent surprise inspection of 75 restaurants statewide. Officers found salmon without proper documentation and live bullfrogs. Live bullfrogs are illegal to have in Washington, as they are a non-native, invasive species. (end)
