All wealthy people need to pay more taxes—and I should know, I’m one of them. Hundreds of millionaires sent a message to Davos attendees, saying the same thing because they see that wealth hoarding is “eating our world alive.”

Korean American Congress members introduce bill to honor military hero Col. Young Oak Kim

Reps. Marilyn Strickland, Andy Kim, Young Kim, and Michelle Steel—the four Korean American Members of Congress—introduced a bipartisan bill this week to award the Congressional Gold Medal to Colonel Young Oak Kim in recognition of his extraordinary heroism, leadership, and humanitarianism.

Saiyare Refaei: Part Iranian, part Chinese, all community

Kandula struck by police cruiser, dies

The 23-year-old female pedestrian, who was killed after being struck by a Seattle Police officer in a marked patrol SUV on Jan. 23, has been identified as Jaahnavi Kandula.

SPD officers hand out red envelopes
