A man who police say fatally shot a pregnant woman while exhibiting signs of a mental health crisis in Seattle earlier this month pleaded not guilty Thursday.
Over 100 people gathered on Fourth Avenue and Lenora Street on Sunday morning, the site of a fatal shooting of Eina Kwon and her unborn baby, while she sat in her car.
On Tuesday, June 13, Eina Kwon, restaurant owner, mother, wife, Asian, was shot “execution-style” while in the car with her husband. She was 32 weeks pregnant. The shooter, Cordell Goosby, 30, Black, with a prior record, has since been charged with murder.
A 30-year-old man is in custody—in connection with a shooting that killed one woman, and her baby, injured her husband.
