Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell and the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (KOSME) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on Tuesday, to bolster investment and job opportunities with Korean small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startups in Seattle.
