Huy Pham, executive director of Asian & Pacific Islander Americans in Historic Preservation (APIAHiP), was unanimously confirmed by the Seattle City Council last week to serve on the International Special Review District (ISRD) Board, which oversees historic preservation and development in the Chinatown International District (CID).
