Dozens gathered at the Filipino Community of Seattle Community Center (FCSCC) on April 29 to honor the 11 people killed in a car-ramming attack at the Lapu-Lapu Day festival in Vancouver, British Columbia, a tragedy that has shaken Filipino communities on both sides of the border.
