How I came to appreciate public transit

However, when I signed up for the Summer Youth Leadership Program (SYLP), my parents did not think that it would be efficient for me to drive all the way down to Seattle from Everett during rush hour. They told me that I would have to take the bus.
July 16: NWAW Foundation and Boeing give out scholarships
Ten students received $2,000 scholarships from the Northwest Asian Weekly Foundation’s Summer Youth Leadership Program (SYLP). This is the first time the Foundation partnered up with the Boeing Company.
