To the Editor:
I just want to take a minute to compliment the Northwest Asian Weekly staff for the excellent coverage on [last week’s] health issue.
I have been researching health information for many years, and I was glad to read that kidney failure is no longer a death sentence. All of the articles and the publisher’s blog were very informative. Keep up the good work. I enjoy reading your coverage of all of the community functions.

Business, greater than some other occupation, is really a continual managing the near future; it’s a continual calculation, an instinctive exercise in foresight.
Even though something doesn’t do what you planned it to complete doesn’t mean it’s useless.
