Tom Im has been serving as InterIm’s deputy director since his appointment to that role in August 2017. Im has been with the agency since 1997. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in political science. He also has a master’s degree from the University of Hawaii.
