Eight days into his imprisonment at the for-profit, GEO Group-owned Northwest Detention Center (NWDC) in Tacoma, Muhammad Zahid Chaudhry had already been served moldy food, gone without dinner until 2 a.m., and received just two pieces of bread for a meal.
