What’s going on at Kinokuniya Seattle
Kinokuniya Seattle celebrated the release of “Luis and Tabitha” on Sept. 15. Attendees were treated to a fun story time reading with the author Stephanie Campisi and illustrator Hollie Mengert. And Kinokuniya held its fall Artist Alley on Sept. 22. Yuuki Jia was one of the artists who showed off their work.
Anime, game meetup
Kinokuniya in Seattle held an anime and game meetup on Nov. 5. It included the annual Artist Alley — dedicated to fan and DIY culture. Attendants browsed booths and interacted with local artists. Also, vocalists and chamber musicians from the Seattle Video Game Orchestra returned to perform fan-favorite video game, movie, and anime chamber pieces.
