The Asian Pacific Islander Community Leader held their 13th annual Community Leaders Program graduation dinner on Nov. 17, 2012 at South Seattle Community College. In addition to celebrating the graduates, the dinner also raised money for the program next year and honored Mai Nguyen, winner of the Kip Tokuda award.
