Lloyd Hara’s 80th

Lloyd Hara celebrated his 80th birthday on Dec. 8 at a friend’s home in Queen Anne.

Approximately 60 friends and family members attended the party.

Before his retirement, Hara served as Seattle Port Commissioner, Seattle City Treasurer, and King County Assessor. He also founded the Seattle International District Rotary Club and is a past president of the Japanese American Citizens League, Seattle Chapter.

    I’m happy to see Lloyd Hara is enjoying his retirement years. He is beloved and respected by fellow County Assessors around the state.
