The Northwest Asian Weekly took home 13 awards on Oct. 14, at the 129th Annual Washington Newspaper Publishers Association (WNPA) Convention in Wenatchee.
“What makes the Asian Weekly great is teamwork from writers to the editors,” said Northwest Asian Weekly’s publisher Assunta Ng. “I am thrilled to see our writers’ hard work pay off. Never in my wildest dreams did I think the Asian Weekly would receive so many first place awards. I’d like to thank our readers who inspire us to do good work.”
The contest was judged by members of the New York Publishers Association.
The Northwest Asian Weekly won the following awards:
First Place
