The Greater Seattle Chinese Chamber of Commerce hosted a luncheon panel “Top Restaurants’ Secrets of Success” Oct. 3 at the New Hong Kong restaurant. Panelists included Tam Nguyen, founder of Tamarind Tree, David Wasielewski, founder of Din Tai Fung, and Lane Hoss, VP of Marketing of Anthony’s Restaurants. (end)
