CIDBIA hosts annual Night Market and Autumn Moon Festival

The Chinatown–International District Business Improvement District hosted its fifth annual Night Market and Autumn Moon Festival on Sept. 7 from 6 p.m. to midnight. This year’s festival was held in Union Station Plaza and 5th Ave. South.

The Festival kicked off with dragon and lion dances followed by the “CID Outshine Invitational” break dance competition.

Following the event, Seattle’s JK–POP! deejayed the International Dance Party starting at 8 p.m. After JK POP!, C89.5 DJ Richard J. Dalton closed the festival. Over 20,000 people attended. (end)
