The Lunar New Year ushers in the year of the tiger, one of the most dynamic signs in Chinese astrology. The tiger is a dynamic sign because of its unpredictable nature.
The tiger has many strong traits:
— Bravery
— Loyalty
— Intelligence
— Sociability
These strengths allow tigers to be leaders because of their willingness to take on new challenges. They are well liked for their bold and generous personalities. Tigers are fiercely protective of the ones they love.
However, tigers may also have the tendency to be:
— Competitive
— Volatile
— Impulsive
— Overly dominant
If tigers do not achieve a balance in their extreme traits, they may exhibit certain weaknesses. A tiger’s capacity for leadership may cause him or her to become too competitive or overly dominant in his or her relationships. The tiger’s desire for new challenges can often lead him or her to be volatile and impulsive.
Successful tigers learn to achieve a balance in their approach to these challenges. They are highly valued among their friends and family despite being self-reliant and fiercely independent. As a result, those born in the year of the tiger have gone on to create great legacies as actors, musicians, writers, and great leaders. ♦
