Celebrate Filipino American History Month

October 16 @ 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Free

Join us at the Washington State History Museum to celebrate Filipino American History Month. The word buhay means “alive” or “life” in Tagalog, so this community event will explore how the Filipino community lives and finds happiness in Washington. Curated by the Filipino American National Historical Society – Greater Puget Sound Chapter, this free programming will feature Filipino American community organizations and vendors, performances and demonstrations, and a panel conversation that showcases Filipino American heritage and history.
