Chong Wa’s Mandarin Learning Center hosts Taiwan officials

Overseas Community Affairs Council Taiwan Vice Minister Lai Li-Ying and Culture Center of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office Director Chung Pei-Chen Jane visited the Chong Wa Benevolent Association’s Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning (TCML) in Seattle’s Chinatown-International District on Sept. 20.

During the visit, TCML Board Chair Jay Lin gave a presentation on the center and its programs. Vice President Mei-Jui Lin delivered welcome remarks.

The TCML is part of the Chong Wa Benevolent Association’s efforts to promote Mandarin language education and cultural learning in the Seattle area.
