Brady Ishiwata Williams
Seattle chef Brady Ishiwata Williams will create a new menu for Alaska Airlines’ nonstop flights from Seattle to Tokyo and Seoul.
Williams, owner of Japanese American restaurant TOMO in White Center, will develop seasonally rotating dishes featuring Pacific Northwest ingredients as part of Alaska Airlines’ new international dining program.
Williams has previously worked with Alaska Airlines on in-flight meals and the airline’s Chef’s Table first-class dining series. His new menu will build on that work, with dishes designed for the carrier’s international routes to Asia.
