
The 58-year-old will remain with the co-op through Jan. 29. He joined PCC as chief financial officer in 2018 and became CEO in 2022 after previously working in leadership roles at Remitly, Lyft, Amazon and Microsoft.
He took over as PCC faced financial challenges tied to inflation, changing shopping patterns and high costs associated with years of expansion. During his tenure, the co-op closed its large downtown Seattle store, opened a smaller replacement location and reduced expenses.
PCC board chair Joe Rogoff credited Srinivasan with strengthening the co-op’s finances and positioning it for future growth. Srinivasan will assist with the search for his successor.
