Sam Cho
Port of Seattle Commissioner Sam Cho has been named a 2026 Asia 21 Next Generation Fellow by Asia Society, joining a class of 40 emerging leaders from 26 countries and regions across the Asia-Pacific.
The fellowship recognizes rising leaders working to address shared regional and global challenges. Cho said in a LinkedIn post that he was “incredibly honored” by the selection and thanked Asia Society trustee Gary Rieschel for nominating him and former U.S. Ambassador Mark Lippert for his letter of support.
The 2026 fellows will meet in October in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for the Asia 21 Next Generation Fellows Summit.
