Spectators gathered in Seattle’s Chinatown-International District on Sunday, July 19 as the annual Chinatown Seafair Parade celebrated the region’s Asian American heritage and community spirit.
Organized by the Greater Seattle Chinese Chamber of Commerce as an official Seafair community event, the parade featured colorful lion and dragon dances, performances by the Seattle Chinese Girls Drill Team, martial arts demonstrations and appearances by numerous community organizations from across the greater Seattle area.
