Asian Family Market opened a new location in Tukwila on April 3—marking the latest expansion of the long-running, Asian-owned grocery chain that has supported immigrant and local communities throughout the region.
The new 44,000-square-foot store—located at 17501 Southcenter Parkway, Suite 100, just south of Westfield Southcenter—will be the largest Asian Family Market so far.
“Tukwila is one of those places where I felt I had to be. Expanding Asian Family Market to Tukwila, with Vori’s POS system in tow, will allow us to focus on pricing things affordably, interacting meaningfully with the local Asian community, and giving back, ” said Maddox Cheung, the store’s general manager.
The chain already operates specialty grocery locations in Bellevue, North Seattle, and Beaverton, Oregon,
