Asian Counseling and Referral Service (ACRS) and the Asian & Pacific Islander American Health Forum (APIAHF) have launched a new partnership aimed at better connecting community-based care with national health policy.
The initiative, called Thrive360, is designed to create a two-way flow between local services and federal advocacy, allowing community experiences to help shape policy while bringing broader resources back to the local level.
“This partnership helps elevate what our communities are experiencing and ensures solutions reflect real needs, not assumptions,” said ACRS CEO Kendee Yamaguchi.
“By linking local insight with national strategy, we can help advance policies, resources, and systems that better serve AANHPI communities—and ensure community-informed solutions are part of the national conversation,” said APIAHF president and CEO Juliet Choi.
Thrive360 will focus on three areas: expanding culturally responsive care and access, strengthening data-driven policy and advocacy, and building leadership capacity within community organizations.
