The Seattle Seahawks are headed to the Super Bowl after a nail-biting 31-27 victory over the Los Angeles Rams in the NFC Championship game on Sunday.
This will be the Seahawks’ fourth Super Bowl appearance in franchise history and their first since losing to New England in Super Bowl XLIX in 2015.

They will face the Patriots again on Feb. 8 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
Amid this journey, the Seahawks’ roster includes some AAPI players.
Kicker Jason Myers, a Filipino American, made a 27-yard field goal at the end of the first quarter.
His great-grandfather came to the U.S. from the Philippines and served in the U.S. Navy. Though Myers never had the chance to meet his great-grandfather, he takes pride in his heritage. “I wish I would take more opportunity to dig into my Filipino roots, but I am proud to say I am Filipino. It’s made me who I am,” he said during a recent interview.
Running back Zach Charbonnet, who represents Cambodian and Chinese heritage, did not play in the NFC Championship game due to a season-ending ACL injury sustained in last weekend’s Divisional Round victory over the 49ers. It’s unknown if he will play in the Super Bowl.
