Bean Fish held its soft opening on Feb. 1.
The store, on 517 South Weller Street, originally launched in 2013 as the first Taiyaki food truck in the country.
They make stuffed fish-shaped waffles right in front of you, and each waffle is made-to-order using cast iron, flame, fresh ingredients, and homemade batter.
