The Chinatown-International District Business Improvement Area (CIDBIA) held a party on Dec. 5 at the American Hotel, to celebrate its “halfway benchmark.”
The CIDBIA is in the midst of a campaign to bring a new BIA proposal to this neighborhood. This proposal requires 60 percent of property owners in the district to sign a petition in support. It has just over 30 percent and wanted to celebrate this milestone.
