The Port of Seattle Commission invited members of the community for a narrated boat tour of the working waterfront on Aug. 24.
Guests learned about the importance of the port facilities for the region, and about the critical role the Ballard Locks and Ship Canal play in our region’s maritime industry. Guests also enjoyed an onboard reception. ■
