Lang Lang
Popular Chinese concert pianist Lang Lang, who was scheduled to perform on Sept. 28 in Seattle, has canceled his recital under his doctor’s recommendation due to inflammation in his left arm.
Lang Lang’s performance was part of the Distinguished Artists Series.
Pianist Marc-André Hamelin will perform instead with works by Liszt, Feinberg, Debussy, and Godowsky. ■
