David Chan
Snohomish County Fire District 1 has four candidates challenging incumbent David Chan for a position on the five-member commission. Chan is the only person of color on the commission.
His challengers are P. Bret Chiafalo, Brandon Richards, Brandy Donaghy, and Michael Ellis.
Fire District 1 is governed by a board of five commissioners elected to serve six-year terms.
