As part of the expansion project to transform into an aging-friendly campus, Kin On revealed its new 2,600-square-foot community center on Oct. 15.
The center serves as the new home of the Kin On Healthy Living Program, which helps enable Asian American adults, aged 50 and older, to stay physically fit, mentally sharp, and socially engaged.
One of the main features of the expansion project is the community center, which is open to the public, not just nursing residents. Also popular are an expanded rehab facility and sunroom.
There are vacancies currently and the center welcomes inquiries.
The new center is along Metro number 7’s bus route.
