My Tam H. Nguyen is the policy director and strategic adviser for Brady Piñero Walkinshaw, as he looks to win the seat vacated by Congressman Jim McDermott. Nguyen is an immigrant from Vietnam, and she’s lived in the Puget Sound region for more than 20 years. She’s worked as the new media manager for Gov. Jay Inslee, and in public engagement at the City of Seattle. Nguyen has a graduate degree from Harvard in urban planning, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington in journalism and international studies.
