Elaine Kitamura
Elaine Kitamura has accepted a new position as Regional Director for Multicultural Initiatives for the American Heart Association.
Starting April 4, the work that she will be involved in, will help to meet the organization’s impact goal to improve cardiovascular health of all Americans and decrease deaths from cardiovascular diseases and stroke by 20 percent by 2020.
Her role will include serving as internal consultant to the region on all diversity-related initiatives.
