Joe McDermott visits ID

On Oct. 22, King County Council member Joe McDermott visited three historic buildings located in the International District. The Bing Kung Association Building, Louisa Hotel and West Kong Yick Building have each applied for the Building for Culture: Saving Landmarks capital funding initiative.

The King County Council will take action on the final recommendations from the 4Culture Board of Directors at a public meeting on Monday, Nov. 16 at 1:30 p.m. (end)
