The OCA-Greater Seattle chapter held its Lunar New Year celebration and awarded its 2015 Golden Circle Awards February 7 at Joy Palace Restarant. The award recipients were Fred Cordova, Katty Chow, Dorothy Cordova, Assunta Ng, Alan Sugiyama, and the Japanese American Citizens League.
