Lobsang Dargey, a former Buddhist monk turned commercial real estate developer, has two apartment projects lined up. His companies Dargey Development and Path America will start a $190 million project in the Belltown neighborhood of a 41-story apartment and hotel tower.
His other project is an 88-unit apartment building in Kirkland, which should start next month. Dargey also wants to start working on a 505-unit apartment project by the Othello light rail station next year.
