Cloud Gate Dance Theatre of Taiwan made its Seattle debut with “Songs of the Wanderers,” a modern dance by choreographer Lin Hwai-min, on March 8 at the University of Washington’s Meany Hall. The performance featured 39 dancers and 3.5 tons of rice. It was part of the UW’s “World Series” 2013-14 season, bringing “extraordinary performances from around the globe.” (end)
