The Seattle Management Association (SMA) has named Sandra Wong as its new president. Wong has been with the City of Seattle for 33 years, and currently works as an employment manager. She also served as the American Society’s Training and Development’s Puget Sound Chapter Employee Learning Week director for the past term.
SMA, a non-profit professional association with over 250 members, is a vehicle for networking and sharing information and ideas important to the role of public sector manager. It provides professional development resources, trainings, and events that address the growing complexity of City management. (end)
