Got Green has announced that Jill Mangaliman will be its new executive director. Former executive director Michael Woo will remain as the organization continues to lead efforts to see Seattle’s Local Hire Ordinance through implementation.
Got Green is a grassroots group in the Seattle area led by young adults and people of color that promotes an equitable, green economy as the best way to fight poverty and global warming at the same time.
Mangaliman’s relationship with Got Green started in 2009 as a member of the organization’s early weatherization training programs. (end)
