Dear Editor,
As the general manager of this restaurant, I am concerned with all feedback and address each and every one accordingly.
As each person is entitled to his or her opinion and feelings, I am strongly opposed to this incident being racially motivated in any way.
I employ an extremely diverse team, and this incident was — in my opinion — based on a lack of attention and organization on the server’s part, but not because of any individual’s race. We also have a vastly diverse customer base, of which many are regulars and I have never received any feedback like this. This guest deserved a great experience and did not receive that in this instance. I will work with my team to ensure that nothing like this happens again.
