The group includes Julie Pham, MLK Business Association board chairwoman and managing editor of Nguoi Viet Tay Bac – the Northwest Vietnamese News; Skip Rowland, Banner Cross President; and Jennifer Tam, Rainier Valley Community Development Fund business case manager.
