International Community Health Services (ICHS) hosted their 3rd annual Bloom gala on May 18, raising funds for charity care for uninsured and under-insured patients.
The event, which attracted over 400 guests and was hosted at the Seattle Marriott Waterfront, raised over $203,000.
This year’s event also marked the organization’s 40th anniversary and was attended by several previous ICHS directors, including Dorothy Wong, Frank Irigon, Gail Tanaka, and Jon Nakagawara. During the program, ICHS honored Asian Counseling and Referral Services and Dr. Joeseph Saitta with the Bamboo Award for Health for their contributions to the health and wellness of APA communities.
