Scoutmaster Timothy Louie, of Boy Scout Troop 254, was honored with a Silver Beaver award at the Chief Seattle Council’s Boy Scouts of America Recognition Night, along with 18 other Silver Beaver recipients. Silver Beavers are awarded to adult leaders who have made an impact on the lives of youths through service to the Boy Scout Council. Louie became a Scout in 1972. As an adult, he volunteered as an assistant scoutmaster before becoming scoutmaster in 1981. Louie is president of the Tsue Chong Noodle and Fortune Cookie Company. (end)
