Grace Chien, CEO of Girl Scouts of Western Washington is retiring this year. A search firm is looking for her replacement. It might not be easy to find a leader like Chien who has expanded the girl scouts base from mostly white to a diverse group of girls, including immigrants and even girls whose parents are incarcerated.
