The 2011 KING FM “Ten Grands” Young Artist Award Grand Prize winner is Nathan Lee, from Sammamish.
Lee, 9, has been playing the piano for three short years. He is a third-grader at Samantha Smith Elementary. He currently studies piano under the direction of Dr. Sasha Starcevich. He also plays the cello and studies under the direction of Dr. Leslie Marckx.
Lee will have the opportunity to be featured at the Ten Grands concert at Benaroya Hall on April 1, 2011. He will be awarded with a $1,000 scholarship from KING FM. ♦
