Andy C.F. Chen
Andy C.F. Chen has joined the Regal Financial Bank’s board of directors.
Chen is the president of ASPI Group, Inc., a Renton-based diversified real estate investment and development firm that specializes in high profile complex industrial and commercial projects.
Chen is a certified public accountant and is on the Washington State Board of Accountancy. His accounting expertise will be leveraged by serving as a member of the bank’s audit committee. ♦
