To the Editor:
Rev. Driscoll’s reputation is widely known throughout America. As a result, I have mixed feelings on Rev. Driscoll.
Mark Lee quoted a saying of Jesus (in his column, “Local Mars Hill Church pastor Mark Driscoll bashes yoga and ‘Easternism’ ”), “Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be added upon you.” We know God’s righteousness when we read the sayings of Jesus in the gospels and the apostles’ doctrine contained in the rest of the New Testament.
In [Lee’s] column, [he], frankly, shows that Rev. Driscoll knows what God’s righteousness is, and [Lee] does not have a clue what it is. I think it is time for [Lee] to break out the Bible and bone up on what exactly God’s righteousness is.
