Joylyn Yang, 14, from Mukilteo and Jean-Luc Baker, 16, from Edmonds, both students at Kamiak High School, represented the United States at the 2010 SBC Cup in Karuizawa, Japan.
They placed seventh out of 13 in the junior ice dance.
The two were invited to join the U.S. team after placing third at the novice level at the U.S. Championships held earlier this year.
Yang’s family is originally from Taipei. Baker is originally from England. ♦
