Federal Way native and record-breaking Winter Olympian Apolo Ohno will be the grand marshal of the 2010 Seafair Torchlight Parade. Festivities start at 7:30 p.m. on July 31.
This will be the second time Ohno has had this honor — the last time was in 2002. ♦
